Refund Policy
A legal disclaimer
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases of services provided by Eagle Eye Innovations, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of [Insert State of Formation] (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Policy forms an integral part of the Company’s Terms of Service, Master Services Agreement (“MSA”), Statement of Work (“SOW”), proposal, Order Form, or any other written or electronic agreement between Eagle Eye Innovations, LLC and the client (collectively, the “Agreement”).
By engaging the Company for services or submitting payment, the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to be legally bound by this Policy.
Refund Policy - the basics
All payments made to Eagle Eye Innovations, LLC are final and non-refundable, except where explicitly required by applicable law.
This includes, without limitation:

Advisory and consulting fees

AI strategy and implementation fees

Retainers
-
Deposits
-
Monthly service fees

Project-based fees

Subscription or recurring fees

Setup or onboarding fees

Custom model development fees

Training and workshop fees
Under no circumstances shall Client be entitled to a refund, rebate, credit, offset, or chargeback for amounts paid.
What to include in the Refund Policy
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
